Meet Your Republican Leadership Team
Idaho’s District 15 is represented by a committed team of Republican leaders and volunteers who serve at the legislative and grassroots levels. From elected state lawmakers to the Precinct Committeemen who help drive community engagement and voter outreach, these individuals work together to promote conservative values and defend the Idaho way of life.
Below you’ll find the current elected Republicans serving in District 15, including your State Senator, House Representatives, and local party committee leaders.
District 15 Senator
The Idaho State Senator for District 15 serves in the upper chamber of the Idaho Legislature. This leader represents the district’s interests on state-wide policy, votes on laws, and works closely with community members to ensure local priorities are reflected in Boise.
Codi Galloway
Raised in Boise, Idaho; attended Centennial High School; B.S. in education from BYU and an M.B.A. from NNU; public school teacher, CTE school owner, and small business owner; spouse: Scott, 25 years; four children.

Seat B's Representative for District 15 collaborates with fellow legislators on budget decisions, state regulations, and education initiatives — helping guide Idaho forward while upholding the conservative values of its citizens.
Dori Healy
Born in Midvale, Idaho; moved to Boise to study nursing at Boise State University; fourth-generation Idahoan and third-generation nurse; master’s degree in nursing education, master’s degree in business administration, and an advanced nursing degree from Loyola University-Chicago as a clinical nurse specialist; Ryan’s Case for Smiles, Idaho chair; Idaho American Nurses Association, immediate past president; precinct committewoman Ada County; serves in multiple volunteer positions; married; two children, ages 7 and 10.
Precinct Committeemen & Committeewomen
Precinct Committeemen (PCs) and Committeewomen are the Republican Party’s local grassroots leaders. These volunteers represent their neighborhoods within the Ada County Republican Central Committee and help with voter outreach, election activities, and party planning.
Each PC is assigned to a voting precinct, and they serve as the essential link between voters and the Republican platform in Idaho.

I am passionate about strengthening the party's presence in Idaho, fostering civic engagement, and ensuring that the voices of my fellow conservatives are heard and represented in shaping the policies that affect our state and nation.
