We Are Boise | Faith, Family, Freedom Fest is dedicated to bringing the community together with a conservative heart. We welcome family vendors, business sponsors, engaging games, and activities for all to enjoy. We are excited to show everyone how amazing our city is!

Vendors and Sponsors with booths will need to provide their own: 

• Canopy/Ez-up (weights are required)
• Tables
• Displays
• Table Coverings
• Chairs
• Own food and beverage
• Please bring a spinny wheel or activity for families to engage with your booth
• No electricity will be available, please bring your own generator for electricity.
• Temporary sellers permit, get one here: https://tax.idaho.gov/taxes/sales-use/permits/

What to expect:

• Booth spaces: 10'x10' (No MLM)
• Food truck spaces: 20'x20' (No MLM)
• Sponsor: Please provide logo upon payment
• No electricity is provided. If you are a food truck, please make sure you have your own generator.
• Spaces will be pre-assigned and provided the week of the event via email.
• Booth, entertainment, and food truck will be held outdoors in a parking lot.
• Please dress according to the weather.

Instructions:

• Location: Boise, ID (Corner of 5 Mile and Fairview), address location upon receipt
• Set-up Time: 9am - 9:45am (The booth needs to be complete and ready by 9:45am)
• Teardown: No earlier than 2pm, vendors must be out of the parking lot by 2:45pm

The application cut off date will be September 12, 2025 or until the spaces are filled. Payment is due upon application completetion.
